Cleanup of old data on HDFS

Guys,

Does EDB doe automatic cleanup of old view directories on HDFS? I mean as Hadoop jobs generate new data, it is stored in monotonically increasing "version" directories on HDFS. How does cleanup of those directories work?

EDB doesn't do any clean up of data produced by hadoop. It's up to you to manage how many versions you'd like to keep and how to clean out older version.
