Physical Book Errata

Zach,

My physical copy arrived today and I noticed one thing as I flipped through it.

Within each chapter, the right hand page has the chapter name in the upper right of the page.

Except within the Indirection chapter on 4 pages (85, 87, 89, and 9), the upper right label is Names.

It's been a while since reading parts of the ebook so I hope to give it a full read over the weekend.

Thanks.  Making a new revision of the print edition is a bit more complex than updating the ebook, so this may just be an ongoing imperfection, but I appreciate the heads up.

This has been fixed, and all subsequent orders should have the correct chapter headings.  If you own a copy with this error, congratulations: you own one of the first hundred printed copies of the book.
