debug flag not getting passed on BG/Q

Hi,

I think this is some cmake weirdness. It looks like the '-g' is being stripped from the compiler flags.

I am attaching my build script, toolchain, and build log.

If you remove the underscore between, for instance, "PURE" and "RELEASE", the issue will go away:

Several releases ago the convention changed from what you have now to the version I have linked to. This was not a malicious action on my part and was done so that I could significantly simply the CMakeLists.txt.

When you write >90% of the code in a particular piece of software,
nothing you do can be considered malicious. You took a completely
fair and democratic vote of all the majority authors of the code,
which then entitles you to do anything you want. Those who might wish
to protest "malicious" changes should be encouraged to "buy" a voting
stake.
