Dear all,

I have been moving the release notes from Google Code over to http://libelemental.org/releases/ and realized that I left out a few contributors.

I would thus like to announce that the following people have been added (in alphabetical order):

- Gregorio Quintana Orti

- Yuji Nakatsukasa

- Field van Zee

Both Gregorio and Yuji were integral towards Elemental's current implementation of the QR-based Dynamically Weighted Halley (QDWH) iteration for computing the polar decomposition of general matrices. Yuji's MATLAB implementation:

I would also like to thank both Gregorio and Field for their help in supporting libflame's high-performance bidiagonal QR algorithm within Elemental's parallel SVD.
