We confirm the Selection process (Pooled Event) at your Institute on 20th, 21st & 22nd March’14
The details are as follows:
Start Time: 9:00AM
The candidates must carry :
- Their college ID card
- A copy of their Resume
- A duly filled attached Trainee application form
- Attested photocopies of 10th mark sheet, 12th mark sheet, Graduation (all semesters) mark sheets and Post-graduation (all semesters) mark sheets and certificates. Alternatively, photocopies of the mark sheets and certificates with originals
- 2 passport sized photographs
The process will consist of
1. Online Aptitude Test
2. Pre-placement Talk
3. Group Discussion
4. Paragraph writing
5. Profile & Functional Interview
Each round of assessment will be, an elimination round (Except Passage Writing)
The requirement for the process is as follows:
1. Auditorium for Pre Placement Talk with projector
2. Group Discussion Rooms (would depend on the total no. of candidates shortlisted for GD)
3. Interview Rooms (would depend on the total no. of candidates shortlisted for interviews)
4. 12-15 Student Volunteers (These volunteers must not be a part of the selection process)
5. A Control Room for the visiting team
6. For Online test, computers to be in line with the following specifications:
