whew!! its certainly been hot here in washington, d.c. the last
few days; I’ve been trying my darndest to stay cool! which translates
into lots of time spent tying up the loose ends of pre-launch
preparations and tweaking. I’m so excited about opening the curiosity
shoppe--its been a dream of mine for years to do this!

a few things about the curiosity shoppe:
+ a variety of vintage (clothing, jewelry, patterns, etc.) and
handmade (by me!) items for sale
+ updates will be periodically throughout the week
+ because of the update schedule, I will be sending out mailing list
emails only once every couple weeks, so as not to pester everyone!
+ the latest shoppe additions will be showcased on my blog

the “official” launch time tomorrow will be around 7pm (eastern time).
in celebration of my newly hatched venture, all mailing list
subscribers will be given free shipping on their first purchase. enter
code “curiositycelebration807!” in the notes/comments during the
