Prior to joining Hang Seng Bank in 2015, Wong spent 25 years with Standard Chartered Hong Kong and China. He has successful career span in leading business transformation and managing changes effectively. He is an experienced leader with a background in commercial banking, and is adept at working with people from diverse backgrounds. He was named Transaction Banker of the Year by The Asian Banker in 2018.


Kanokporn Jootar has over 20 years of combined experiences in transaction banking and financial & technology consulting. She is a seasoned professional who understands the intricacies of both worlds and leverages this knowledge to drive financial well-being for clients. John Medina is the Chief Operating Officer of the Philippine Bank of Communications. He has more than 25 years of experience driving innovation, change and transformation for financial services in different countries.


He was a pioneer in the process and technology management practice in the 1990s when he helped transform the Asia Pacific operations of one of the largest multinational banks. Adisorn Hatairatana is currently the head of consumer credit risk model development & technology at Krungsri. Prior to Krungsri, Adisorn was the director of quantitative risk management at Mnementh Analytics, a fintech startup, building a CECL software solution (Janus) and provided model development advisory services to one of the largest monoline credit card providers in the US among others. He also has a wide range of banking experience from community banks, regional banks, and a global bank. He was in market risk analytics at SS&C GlobeOp, a Long-Term Capital Management legacy, supporting chief risk officers from large hedge funds clients.
