Using the Mar 8 2009 version of your tap.applescript.maxhelp, in
Tap.Tools 3.0.1, in Max 5.0.6. The R outlet of tap.applescript
outputs nothing. It would be great if I could know for sure when files
have been read.

Is it just me or do other people have this problem?

I can reproduce the problem and will fix it for Tap.Tools 3.0.2.  Thanks.

best,
 Tim

fantastic, thanks.  That custom of having read-bang is a great thing.

Tap.Tools Rules!

Can you say which items run 64 bit internally?

This is a good question.  I would actually have to go through the source code of every object to figure it out, which I can't do this instant.  I have logged this task for Tap.Tools 3.0.2 so that there will be a 64-bit tag in the file browser, much the same way as I added a multichannel tag for Tap.Tools 3.0.1.

Thanks for the good questions...

Well thanks for the good code.  And you guys make tea-box too, right?  That's in my hi-rez future too I think.  But for now, I want to get more stereo and more clarity into my gigs.

Hi -- this problem did not get fixed for Tap.Tools 3.0.2, but it is fixed for the next beta of Tap.Tools 3.1 (which I expect to release here in the next few days).

best,
 Tim
