Sensors showing "Ready"

Hello
i had to do restarts on my sensors as well the network they are connected.

From that moment the sensors are in "ready" mode.

Even if i switch off the sensor, still says on the sensor page "ready"

Any way for me to get them back "online and sensing"?

I have made some checks and it seems to me that there might be some partial network issues on our side. I have checked that your sensors are up and running correctly.

We'll get back to you when we everything's fine.

Hi,

Almost all sensors were working well that same week of January, and we have finally finished checking all the remaining sensors. Everything should be working fine.

Hello,

For the past few days, my sensor (VA2WBT_Montreal_Canada) has entered into the "Ready" state.  As far as I know, I did nothing from my end.  My LAN is fine and the device's IP is ping-able.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?  I have not yet attempted a power cycle; as far as I can tell there is no graceful way to shutdown and restart the sensor, correct?
