Sensor login - login incorrect

Hi

I am trying to activate my sensor LSEC_ICMC_USP. I keep getting "login incorrect" message after I fill my sensor login and password though.

I am not sure if my sensor login is the same as my electrosense login, but I have also tried as sensor login the sensor name and sensor serial. I use my electrosense password as password.
