Constant intermittent No Spectrum data

Ive been hosting for a few months and usually everything is ok but recently starting around early December 2019 every time i login to see my spectrum it always says "no data" But it's on and showing as online and sensing if i look back a few hrs there's the data no problem but won't show real time spectrum auto update or not.
It worked flawlessly at first but not now..?
Any ideas it's totally pi@#ing me off
