New installation not showing as on line

I have got my ElectroSense unit configured and added the MAC address to the database, (station name: Aldershot_Ben)
I can see it on my network and it has been online for over 24 hours, but it is showing as offline on the web page, I have double checked that the MAC address is correct, is there anything more I can do? Or is it just a matter of waiting?

Hi fellow ElectroSense host,
I think it takes time for their server to update. I get similar problems and the latest one for me is... "no data" error codes when just trying to view my own Spectrum. But if I look back a few hrs in the past the data is displayed no problems at all. Just won't display in real time like it should be happening since Dec 2019.
