We are looking for outstanding young academics, entrepreneurs, and specialists from all disciplines with ground-breaking ideas!

 

The innovators will get the chance to present their idea, project, or start-up in three minutes live on stage during the Falling Walls Lab Egypt 2018.

 

During the Falling Walls Lab Egypt 2018:

Candidates get the opportunity to present their research work, business model or initiative to peers, a high- calibre jury made up of experts from academia and business and the general public – in 3 minutes each.

 

After the Falling Walls Lab Egypt 2018:

The most intriguing presenter qualifies directly for the Falling Walls Lab Final in Berlin. Its aim is to promote exceptional ideas and to connect promising scientists and entrepreneurs from all fields on a regional level.

 

When is the Falling Walls Lab Egypt?
The Falling Walls Lab Egypt takes place on 12th July 2018 at Bayt Al Sinnari, El-Sayeda Zainab, Cairo and is open to the public.

Applications must be submitted until 16th June by

- submitting the application form on http://www.falling-walls.com/lab/apply

- sending a short video of max. 3 minutes to fallin...@daadcairo.org

Information Session:

We are organising an information session about the Falling Walls Lab Egypt 2018, to explain the application procedure and give you a platform to ask questions regarding the Falling Walls Lab.

The webinar (online seminar) takes place in Cairo, Alexandria and Assiut on Monday 4th June at 12pm. If you are interested in attending the webinar at one of the above-mentioned locations to answer your questions live, please register using the following link: www.daad.eg/fwl-webinar

Deadline for the registration is on 3rd June 11:00 am.
