Greetings from GHF Futures !!!
GHF Futures Ltd is a 100% subsidiary of GHF Holdings Ltd. GHF Holdings Ltd was incorporated on 10th March 2005 as a private company in Mauritius and was licensed on 11th March 2005 as an Investment Holding Company by the Financial Services Commission.
GHF Futures Ltd was incorporated as a private company on 27th June 2008 and was granted a Category 1 Global Business Licence by the Financial Services Commission under section 72(6) of the Financial Services Act 2007, with the stated purpose of trading on international derivatives markets.
Since its inception, GHF Futures Ltd has set out to recruit young Mauritian graduates from the top universities in Mauritius, together with returning Mauritians graduating from overseas universities. Today we employ 27 such Mauritians drawn from a variety of different universities and faculties. The largest single contingent is drawn from the University of Mauritius.
Recruitment involves passing a series of tests to check mathematical ability and logic. Interviews are held with those who reach a certain cut-off point and these are designed to test the resilience, decision making ability, consistency and work ethic of the individual. It is not unusual for us to test and interview 100 students and recruit only 2.
Our traders here in Mauritius currently trade cocoa, coffee and sugar futures, as well as energy products including oil, on the London International Financial Futures Exchange and on the Intercontinental Exchange. Training is provided on the job by our trading manager, supported by a research analyst who specializes in those particular products. The standards are extremely high as our traders must compete against the best in the world on the major international derivatives markets.
Our recruitment season starts in February in order to recruit the maximum number of candidates for our July batch. We prefer to recruit students in their final year, the young graduates can already secure a job before completing their degree.
We would like to seek your cooperation to help us recruit BETTER. We are planning to have workshops at the University of Mauritius to give students a brief about trading.
We are asking for a slot of 45 MINS TO CONDUCT OUR WORKSHOP. It is better to get one lecture class in order to target the maximum number of candidates.
Kindly let us know if it will be possible to provide us with a 45 mins slot to have our presentation.
If you have any questions/queries kindly contact me on 467 0457/497 9319 or by email on deevash...@ghfgroup.com. I would be glad to come and see you, to discuss this further if necessary.
Thanking you
