For All of them who are shortlisted for the final round of sparks
Dear Participants,
Due to some time constraints SPARKS is scheduled on 23rd sept. 9:00 at ECED seminar hall.
I know you ppl have very less time to wrap up with your work. Don't panic n all. Just try to focus more on your presentation, though paper writing is equally important
but give a slight more weightage to your presentation work.
Regarding you paper it must include the following points in the respective order
1. Abstract(Whatever is included in your paper, brief of that)
2. Introduction
3. previous works which has been done in this field
4. you innovation and additions
5. Mathematical results or any simulation done(if u have)
6. Benefits of ur proposal over the earlier one
7. Challenges in your work
8. Some measures to over come those challenges in future
9. Conclusion
10. References
EVERY FIGURE AND EQUATIONS INCLUDED IN THE PAPER MUST BE NUMBERED. And you must refer them in your writing using that number only.
Regarding Presetations
MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL DON'T WRITE LONG PARAGRAPHS. PLEASE WRITE IN POINTS FORM. DONT MAKE SLIDES TOO ARTISTIC
You can include the above mentioned topics in your slide but plzz focus more on your work. Give more time to that slide. Please try that all of the speakers have some role to play in the presentation part.
The time alloted for presentation part is 10 mins. Make sure that you conclude in this time. PLEASE GET 4 TO 5 COPIES OF YOUR PAPER.
