Dmppt450 panels

Hi Dacian,

 I recently acquired one of your discontinued Dmppt450 and was wondering about using 15-20 0f these panels. I would be heating water with  probably 6   36volt/1200watt immersion heaters in winter and summer. 

 I also have one of you sbms0 and only 2 ssr20 with diversion (not enough obviously for 15  Panels) if this would be a better direction to go.  Thanks Morrie

Yes those panels will work with the DMPPT450. You need to install the DMPPT450 on a large heat sink and ideally you will also likely need low speed a fan blowing on the DMPPT450.

You can use 36V or 48V heating elements.
