EXTIO settings

I'm trying to understand and figure out the best settings for my EXTIO. I have attached pictures of SBMS0 and a diagram of my wiring. My question is: why 90%, 30%, 50% and 50%? This is in an RV camper and wonder if different percentage would be better and what do these percentages mean?

The percentage have no meaning for type 1 and type 2

You could set the inverter EXT IO3 as type 4 and set a SOC limit of say 30% if you want  the inverter to turn OFF when battery SOC is below 30%
