Voltage fluctuates strongly when charging the cells

Hi Dacian,

i have a 2P4S Cells in my van. The cells where all loaded to 3,65v before i integrated it with 2P4S in the van.

Please see the video, is that normal, that die cells voltage fluctuates when they are charging?

there are only 24MB possible, but with my 15MB Video, its also not possible to post. so i made screenshots. the cell voltage hops all 3-4 seconds.
