sbmso locking up

hello everyone, i am trying to set parameters in the sbmso and it seems to lock up and i have to unplug it and start over but it does the same thing. do i need to disconnect everything from the unit to set all the parameters then install the wiring? i also tried to only set the date?-/time then store parameters but it did not store them, it just said busy for 30 minutes or so. thank you for all of your help!! john

What do you mean by "locking up" ?

Do you get any errors during power up ?

Is this the initial install or you had it working before and made changes ?

What is connected to SBMS at the moment ? And is this SBMS0 or some other model ?
