Connecting to SBMS0 from phone

So this is not really a SBMS0 question, more of a networking question.  But hopefully someone has solved it.

I have a SMBS0 on my boat.  I don't have a "network" on the boat, with internet, and all that jazz.  I use my phone for all that.

I can wifi to the SBMS0, and read all the data.  Or I can use the cell data.  But not both!  It seems that Android (don't know about Apple) can't do both.  There is an option to route all internet to Cell if the Wifi is disconnected -- but when it does that, the local IP address is dead.  Or I can not use that option, and read the SBMS0, but nothing will reach the internet.

Sure, it takes mere seconds to switch.  But it sure would be nice if I could look at the SBMS0 on one browser tab, while watching youtube on another tab!  (not that I ever would -- I HATE youtube....).

Note, if an Android phone is set as an AP (and then have the 'Dacus connect as client), the phone cannot see any device on the network -- apparently Google thinks that seeing anything attached to your phone is a "security issue."
Anyone solve this first world problem?

Whether that's possible with Android?, but it works perfectly with a laptop or desktop, if I understand your intention correctly.

With my desktop/Laptop Wi-Fi connected to the SBMS0 and the RJ45 wired network port
connected to the mobile router for internet access, it should also be able to think of two Wi-Fi network cards if you have the space.

On Linux, I have two browser tabs side by side with tiled windows.
