Battery heating should be done by an external thermostat. I think a digital thermostat is maybe 10 to $20 and you set the temperature at around +10 or +15C
If battery is properly insulated the power consumption to maintain the battery at +15C will be super low. Below +15C the battery internal resistance starts to decrease very significantly.
The SBMS0 temperature limit is there to stop disconnect the battery if your heating fails and battery temperature drops below whatever limit you set.
