sbmso and shunts

hello everyone, mt sbmso is showing a  .643 amp draw on battery and a .589 amp load. there is nothing connected to battery only the shunts. i used Oberon Robinsons booklet to test the shunts and the shunts move with the change in amperage. i attempted to change the shunt settings and the offsets with no change. could there be high resistance in the ribbon cable for the cells causing this?thumbnail_IMG_7131.jpgthumbnail_IMG_7132.jpgthumbnail_IMG_7131.jpg

The resolution of those photos is to low I can not see anything.
The shunts need to be connected when you power ON the SBMS0 so that zero shunt calibration is done correctly.
If you can upload a larger resolution of the diagnostic screen photo I may be able to understand what happens.
