I have a Multiplus 24/3000/ that will not respond to Electrodacus SBMS0 "disable the inverter on LVD and the charger on HVD" (ExtIO3/Type2 to Aux1 & ExtIO4/Type1 to Aux2)
Are the AUX1 and AUX2 not active, do they need some sort of programming?
Does anyone know of an existing setup guide? The VICTRON Multiplus should be a very popular inverter/charger with the Electrodacus SBMS...

Thanks in advance,

George,

Yes you need to setup the Victron asistant as described in this document https://www.victronenergy.com/upload/documents/Manual-Connecting-other-lithium-battery-systems-to-Multis-and-Quattros-EN.pdf
The last two settings need to be Disable charger the others are as in that example.  They use Aux1 and Temperature sense input but you can use Aux 1 and Aux 2.

Thank you Dacian,
I was able to change the necessary settings for the multiplus aux ports using VEConnect3 and Cerbo GX with the
"Two-signal BMS support Assistant" set to "The BMS has separate contacts for high-cell/battery full and low-cell condition"
"Battery state inpus" is set to: Auxiliary input 1 [closed] and Auxiliary input 2 [closed]
In the "Action tab" I have selected [Disable charger] and [do not adapt SOC]
Im able to control the multiplus with EXTIO3 if set to TYPE 0 it will turn the inverter on (Set to Type 2 does nothing)
EXTIO4 if set to TYPE 0 it will turn the charger on (Set to Type 1 does nothing)
All 8 cells are below the 3.4 mark and the charge will not engage.
I know i'm not out of the woods yet and I don't know what to do yet in order to safeguard the battery cells...

George, you're almost there, you just have the "Battery state inputs" backwards, they should be set to open.

"The battery is full when Auxiliary input 1 is open, and the battery is empty when Temperature sense input is open."

George,   As Oberon already mentioned you need to set them as "Open" same as shown in that pdf example. The only difference from that example is you using the Aux 2 and the "Disable charger" in the last two settings.
Then when you set on type 0 the inverter should be OFF and type 2 will have the inverter ON.
