Testing feedback

I entered a Library Name at the beginning but then when I go to Upload, enter a title and then click on libraries, it's blank.  I was expecting to see my initial library name there to choose.

If I click the +, it takes me to an add screen (which seems redundant to have to click the + again, as I've already clicked on the + to add a library.  Anyway, I click the + and add a new library.  But I'm taken back to the + screen again and I can't enter a library?  Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I can't enter a record.

This feedback is the same with Authors, Tropes, Series & Genres, duplicate + page and nothing entered/saved as a new record to select.

Note is working.  In Advanced section, I can add a new note (and delete)

Also, take reading test.  The text on my phone overlapped the status bar details, so hard to read the initial sentence over the battery/network status of my phone.

LMK what I'm doing wrong.  I'm happy to continue testing and test reading a PDF, but right now I can't upload one from my phone.
