Coverage Bounding Selection Delta meaning

Hello everyone,

I usually face errors when running the DRC Coverage. I see that if I change the bounding selection to as small as 5x5 and all delta values to 0, these errors are cleared.

I do not find out meaning or function of delta values.

Could someone give me document for them?
