Issue with NCC- The NCC of two different configurations is passing

Dear all,

I am facing an issue with NCC. I have made two different type of schematics (with one connection changed) for the same layout. Although, one connection is different in the two schematics, the NCC is clearing for both.

Here are my NCC Preferences:

Schematic-1:

Schematic-2:

Layout:

As per my expectation, schematic-1 represents the layout exactly. Schematic-2 has an additional connection as pointed by the red-marked region. The NCC clears for both cases. Please do help me understand the issue in this regard.
