Cadence technology file (*.tf) to Electric xml techfile

Hello!

I found several discussions on this forum on this topic but I didn't find the answer with a solution to this problem. Is there a way to create an appropriate Eelectric xml technology file based on the information in the cadence tf file? Maybe there is a way to set some values in xml file to default values, if those are not given in tf file, so that the created xml file can be imported to Electric as a new technology without any errors.
