Greetings.
I'm trying to get 3D functionality installed.  Oracle's website says the following for the past 2 weeks.  Can anyone provide any guidance?

" This site is experiencing technical difficulty. We are aware of the issue and are working as quick as possible to correct the issue."

Thanks,
Matt

I tried out the newer Java SE Runtime Environment version 8u261 today and the 3D view seems to be working fine.  See attached pdf.

Does anyone know if the procedure in the PDF is also valid for Linux, observing the right directories? I couldn't get 3D view working on Fedora. The Ubuntu package works with 3D view out of the box, even without installing the java 3D. Since the Fedora package is outdated (8.09), I download the 9.07 version and use the command line to call Electric. I installed java 3D and tried to use the libraries in several ways. In the best scenario, Electric could show me the option to load 3D view (and 3D showcase), but gives me an error when I call it.

Best regards, Patrick.
