Hi,

I need to export the mocmos drc deck for use in calibre DRC software. But the output file comes out as an XML. Is there a way to export it as a calibre compatible drc deck? Thanks and regards,

Ashwin

Sorry, Electric can write your circuit as an input deck for Calibre, but it doesn't write the rules. It assumes that if you're running Calibre, then you already have the design rules in proper Calibre format. Perhaps you should ask MOSIS for their Calibre rule deck.

1. Would you share an email ID I can contact? I was only able to submit a request on mosis.com’s Contact Us section.

2. The lowest technology lambda is 200nm for mocmos on electric. Can I import a sub-100nm technology from somewhere? If so, how?

Thanks and regards,
Ashwin
