Project Presentation Schedule

Attached is the schedule of project presentation, which will be held as follow:

 

Date : 19 – 23 of August 2013

Venue : Electrical Machine Lab Building 23-00-08

 

Things to do before the presentation

1.            Punctuality (late 5 minutes consider ZERO (0) mark)

2.            All group members MUST attend (one member absent consider ZERO (0) mark)

3.            Formal attire

4.            Well prepared (slide, prototype, computer (optional) and knowledge)

5.            Contents of the slide are as follows:

a.       Company profiles (milestones – number of completed project (create by your own))

b.      Scenario – why do you need to develop the project, justification of your chosen technology (including cost), objective, diagram of your chosen technology and all data/information required for the project

c.       Prototype

d.      Conclusions and Recommendations.

6.           PRAY

 

For the sake of encouragement, I will give 5 marks (coursework) BONUS for those groups are obtained the highest marks.

Our presentation slot is on 21 Aug, 10.20am - 10.40am.

May I know if any of you wants to swap the slot? preferable 23 Aug?
