I think we had to find better plan as the next day we got class, some might had tuto or lab. 

We need to reduced the stress on the monday plus the visit will be long walk and very hot environment. 

Just my opinion.

if want to plan for another date, i think quit hard to choose suitable date. our PIC for this trip has worked hard to make it done. so just need to agree and give some complement to the pic. so far as i know the pic is asnawi from senior batch.. just my concern here.
