hi everyone..

here is the latest update for our event..

the proposal and budget had been send to kak fara..

she wil help us to get approval from jpsp and dr hisham soon..

we wil wait for her update on that..

as for update from every department..

hw is every department doing??

CNP: confirm the number of participant ASAP..email all participant on the details of our event..get the template design form PNP and send it to the participant as well ask them to start doing their poster presentation for electrex..

PNP: snd the template design to CNP so they can snd it to the participants..negotiate the best price for all the poster banting tshirt and update here ASAP..

LOG:once confirm the number of participant..prepare the floor plan for block 22 and 23..determine the number of table chair and socket to be booked..

FNB: once confirm the number of participant negotiate the best price for the food and update here ASAP..do negotiate the best price for prize and souvenirs too..

GNA: pls update everythng ur department have done so far..every department already respond but only GNA didnt respond to any..

every department pls refer to our department HICOM for guidance..

pls update back on the 21 November 2011!!!! URGENT!!!
