hi everyone..

here are some important matter that need to be updated..

 

CNP: have ur committee handed the hard copy of the electrex score sheet to Dr Zuhairi?make sure to do so yea..

PNP: how is the cert giving process? just give the certs for the participants 1st..as for the judges n committee we wil giv it when the sem starts..

FNB: who is keeping the souvenir pen for the judges?make sure to bring it when the sem starts yea..

 

as for every department who have something to claim from the budget pls compile all the receipts together and hand it to the Treasurer(Chen Yoong) yea..

cn every department pls update here the total amout that ur department wanted to claim here ASAP?

because the faster we claim the faster we wil get the money~~from dr naufal

 

as for the HICOM

Robert & Lipwee : plan the date and venue for the postmortem and appreciation when sem starts yea..

Chen Yoong : compile all the receipts by department according to the claim format and each receipt one A4 paper yea..try to get the budget claim done asap yea..

Yee Ling : prepare a full report of the event for submission to SSSD..get the format from lipwee or asfarina..

Asfarina : cn u help me to get the complete list of judges who judge on that day from kak fara?since some the judges din turn up and we use some backup judges tat day..

Tea break: RM 204

Souvenirs: RM 220

Hampers: RM 10

For the pens, i asked help frm PnP to hold them.. the pens r with them..

As for the list of judges right, i asked kak farah.. She does not have the complete list..

Frm what she remembers, the substitute lecturer was Dr Wong Peng Wen

The Cert is still in progress, as Dr naufal still haven't sign it. He outstation.

The pen is with me.. 

PnP claim that day, Kak Fara ask for it, so i handed to her ady.

I have attached a document regarding the claim form, please fill it up with Black pen and make sure the amount is same as the receipt u got. Please keep the receipt and pass to me when the new sem start. I sincerely hope Hod can take it seriously about this matter in order to get the money asap.
