hi everyone..

hw is every department doin?

i hope that each department cn update me back on each department progress so far..

GREAT NEWS!!!!..our proposal and budget has been approved!!!!

i met dr naufal yesterday and we discuss a few things..

 

here are some task for each department..

CNP:confirm the number of participants ASAP..prepare the list of 20 judges to invite and get ready on the invitation letter..plan a simple closing ceremony which u guys going to handle..

PNP:have u send us the banner design?repost all the latest design with the edited details..we are in the process of appplying for cash advance from the department..once we recieve the cash u guys cn start wif all the printings..here is the confirm number of printing..banner(1) banting(12) flyers(200) poster(to be confirm)..

LOG:we wil maybe be using block 22 for electrex coz dr naufal say want to make it more grand in only one block..u guys edit the floor plan and try to put all 73 participants in the block..dr hisham only approve us for 15 power socket..so u guys prepare the memo for 15 power socket and state that the department will pay for the socket..once the memo ready email it to me ASAP..try to find as many extension as u guys cn for the event day..the numbber of tables and chair to be booked wil be confirm later..

FNB:we wil only provide lunch for committee members and tea break for participants judges committee and guest..i already ask kak fara to email me the approved proposal ASAP..i wil send to  u guys and u guys confirm all the price with us agn yea..as for the hampers..try ur best to get sponsor for the hampers..as for souvenirs..we decided to giv pen for the judges..the pen with electrex printed on the pen..cn u guys get the cost of this ASAP?we also decided to buy frame for the certificate of the winners..we may need around 5 frames..cn u guys fnd out the cost of this oso?

GNA:i wat to know how u guys plan to attract people to come and play ur games?i need u guys to come out wif ideas to make electrex more exciting..

 

all HICOM pls guide each department and make sure they update back ASAP..
