hi evryone..

as we all know our event is in 2 days time..

here is all the update for the moment..

everyone pls do ur best for all the update as we only have 2days left..

the event proposal and budget already been approved from jpsp dr hisham n dr naufal..

 

here is wat i want each department to do and prepare..

CNP : email all participants the details of poster collection (as we discuss)..prepare emcee script..

PNP : collect all the banner banting poster n flyers by today..flyers and poster will be distributed and pasted today..discuss wif kak fara abt the time n venue..if possible u guys can start the printing of certs for the judges and committee members first..for the participants print on event day..

LOG : update me back on all the memo approval..arrange the participant according to the judge accordingly..arrange all participants in block 22..

FNB : update on the preparation of tea break for everyone..check back wif kak fara and asfarina as mayb the tea break can be sponsored by department so we no need to pay..as for the souvenir pen..asfarina..hw is the discussion wif kak fara?cn we make it in time?

GNA : update on the preparation for each games..prepare speaker (sound system) for us to play music during event..prepare some suitable malay n english song..

 

this update are very urgent..every department pls update me ASAP yea..

for u  guys information..i will be coming back to utp 2moro evening..we will have a meeting wif all the committee members at 9pm v3cafe..everyone pls take note..
