Important Update Electrex!!!~~=)

hi everyone..

i know that most of us feel that we are getting near to the event and we are out of time..

however today the coordinator of FYP Dr Zuhairi called me and told me that most of the EE lecturers will not be in UTP on the 7th..

after we discuss and here is the latest decision..

we decided to postponed the event to 21st December 2011..

by this meaning that we have 3 weeks from now..

therefore everyone should not be so stressed up and relax..

we must use this opportunity to make this event a success..even though most of us are working and having our 4 months break but we must giv our best to make this event a success..

here are some updates that i want u guys to do ASAP..

 

HICOM: possible company for booth and career talk..

CNP: get all the 73 participants in the list register in 3days time..email all participants that electrex postponed to 21st..also send them the templates for their poster presentation..

PNP: change the details of the poster banting of the date of electrex..hold the printing until we get confirmation..design the certs for judges participants and committee members..

LOG: prepare the memo for the table chair PA system and power socket..prepare the floor plan(draw out how are u guys going to set up the whole exhibition in block 22 and 23)

FNB: focus more on the souvenirs..try to get the chespest price and we will decide on the souvenirs..as for the food..once the proposal approved i wil send to u guys ASAP..

GNA: think on how u guys are going to attract people to play games at your booth..come out wif ideas how u guys cn provide entertainment to the exhibition(at least 3 ideas)..

 

for u guys information..i will be goin bak to UTP on the 6th december 2011 to meet dr naufal n dr hisham..

for those who are in UTP or those who are able to make it pls do come yea..

we will be having a very important meeting on that day..hope everyone cn try their best to make it..again if possible..

the due date for all the above update is on the 4th December 2011 10pm yea..pls remember and take note yea..

hope that everyone cn reply and update me yea..

hope we can all work hard together for our event..

Received 58 participants until now, still finding the remaining. Possible to give me the complete list of FYP students? I've told them about the postpone and poster template. What time is the meeting? I try ask my committee to attend.

Sorry, for PnS, we need a bit more time b4 we can share the souvenir prices.. Will share them here once we have it..

As for the hampers for the 5 electrex winners, we received enough sponsorship from UTP minimarkets to make 1-2 hampers.. Our FnB commitees are gonna make the hamper. The remaining 3-4 hampers, we will have to buy..
