hi everyone..

sorry to keep everyone waiting..

here are few important update for electrex..

i had already called dr naufal and discuss with him regarding electrex..

here are few updates that i need each department to do ASAP..

all HICOM please help to guide your department..

CNP(Chen Yoong): prepare a complete list of all the participant details and judges for electrex..finalise the judging scheme and event flow..email all the participants the details of electrex and send them the templates for them to do the poster..set a date for them to complete the poster..once complete all the update fnd one of ur committee to met dr naufal and show him everythng..

PNP(Robert): for all the finalise design of the poster banting templates..print out a sample on A4 paper and let dr naufal have a look and get his approval..ask dr naufal where cn we put the poster and banting to let ppl know about electrex..also dont forget to design the cert for committee participant and judges..

LOG(Lip Wee):design the floor plan for electrex and confirm the number of table chair power socket needed..and also on the PA system for electrex..prepare all the memo that ur department needed for bookings of venue table chairs power socket etc. print out all document that need dr naufal approval and bring all the document to met him ASAP..he alreay agree to sign it..

FNB(Yee Ling):confirm the number of participant judges wif CNP ad the number of committee members wif Yee Ling ASAP..nego for the best price or sponsor for tea break..need u guys help in survey the prizes for souvenirs for the participants and judges..

GNA(Asfarina):explain to everyone on how all the games are carried out and how u guys want  to attract ppl to ply the games...

the proposal and budget is on the way of getting the approval..

i wil update on it ASAP..

we really need everyone cooperation in doing this as we dont have much time left..

every department pls update me on 26th November 2011 latest by 10pm..

this is very urgent so everyone pls be serious on the updates yea..

ok, sure will cooperate n hav a rock for this event, 

however, can we have a propal proposal? it is because the canteens need to have it to hav cheaper or even jz sponsor us..

and will looking for update from cnp.. n, wana ask, do we need to have to prepare food for comittee? i mean, lunch, beside,

de prize, for participant? or judge? and, what prize shd be given? what's the budjet??

if it is confirmed that there is only 11 participants ,do we need to change the venue?? i booed the seminar room 7 which is the largest one.but if want to change i'm not sure whether we can book it or not.

CNP wil update us agn on the number of participant ASAP..

coz actually all FYP2 students this sem are compulsary to enter electrex..

as for the proposal..i am waiting for approval from jpsp..kak fara wil update me once approved..

for food..the committee lunch wil have to depend on our budget 1st..

the prize that i wan u guys to survey is like the one that asfarina show us that day..try to survey for the price 1st..

for all department..

Hi, here are the is the updates frm GnA..

We want to play rubiks cube and istana takeshi..

For the rubiks cube, we challenge them to solve 2 colours within 5 mins..  if its too easy for them, we reduce the time..

Another version, is that we show them 1 rubiks cube and ask them to copy the pattern. 

Is there any budget for prizes? 

Let us noe when the budget has been confirmed yea..

Hi all..

Chun Hong, any update in number of participants and judges?

because PnS need to prepare souvenirs for judges and hampers for the winners..

Last electrex, the top 5 winners were awarded with hampers. However, if there are 11 participants, do u guys want to maintain as 5 winners or can we bring it down to 3 winners?
