Kok Shoon, since you are going to meet Dr. Naufal, do you mind help me to print to out and give it to Dr.Naufal to sign? Coz my timetable for monday to wednesday will be very packed n wednesday i have test. so it is difficult for me to get his signature.if it is okay for you,pls take another new form for the booking of PA system from the informative technology department there? n pls give me one copies of proposal as i need it to get the approval from SSSD. thank you.

i am not in utp at the moment..so i am not able to meet dr naufal..

i will help u to double check all the memo before getting dr naufal approval..

since u are having test in wednesday..

here is my suggestion..

u explain to one of ur committee members who are free on monday about the proposal..

ask him to met dr naufal and get his approval..
