Brian Kemp (GA secy of state) last minute screams Dems "hacking" voter data?

Exactly what Kemp is investigating is not clear, but whatever it is, he is doing
it as loudly as possible at the last minute. What is clear:

(1) courts ruled Kemp has illegally suppressed voter registrations

(2) the Dems had sent a letter complaining GA's voter registration
web site was very insecure, a finding backed up by cyber experts
consulted by journalists. One could blame that on Kemp, as the top
election & voting official in GA.
