Just insane.

Well, he might have mentioned the voting system. I didn't watch the whole thing, but I didn't hear any mention of that when I watched.

The reading of commentaries remind me of something. You guys posted
almost all of the 15 comments on the article of a little blog, and the
last one said (can't find the adress of the blog) "I think this sums
up range voting : their activists are having a place on the web way
out of their real-world proportions".

Don't you think you'd better target the scientific community first? In
order to, perhaps, gain some backing on the theory, and possibly
search for experimentation?


P.S. : I have another historical piece about the established idea in
countries of English heritage that a democracy should have two
parties, no more
