I like single-seat ranked choice voting (RCV), aka instant runoff voting (IRV)

I do not like the multi-seat-per-district form where you vote for several
candidates in the same district - Single transferrable vote (STV)

The problem here is that it almost always requires transferring fractions
of a loser's vote to each of the still viable candidates. This leads to a
problem called Fraction Magic, which is very hard to track and audit.
