Election IDs

The link to the listing of Election ID numbers needed to use the API
appears be broken or not responding.

Is there another way to get the ID numbers?

Thanks for pointing that out.  That site is no longer available.  You can get a list of current election ids for US elections below.

http://pollinglocation.googleapis.com/us-elections

Note that election IDs 2000 and 2004 are the only ones that are not expired right now.
