Friends,
The following is the summary of course feedback that we, students give to our professors at the end of the semester. We have convinced the administration to make this data public for the first time (In fact, this is the first time that it being made public to all professors). Prof MR Ravi, Associate Dean Curriculum has himself compiled this data (to ensure anonymity of student feedback) which was used for deciding the Teaching Excellence Awards this semester i.e. This data is being taken very seriously by the IITD Senate as a feedback channel for IITD Academics.
Motivation to send this data to you all:
  1. We, students should know what we collectively feel about the courses we study.
  2. We, students should know if the feedback we are giving correctly reflects what we feel about the courses we study i.e. We should know whether we are filling the feedback seriously or are we just clicking the on 'No opinion' (because we don't care and fill it only out of compulsion) and '5' (because we are suspicious that feedback is not anonymous)
