Hey everyone 

Hope things are going wonderful for all of you.

I am writing in to share some exciting developments on my front and what I am working on in the upcoming months. 

You may have read about the recent acquisition of our venture - Mypoolin by US based Wibmo Inc. Thanks to all of you who have supported us and stood by us in any way over the past 3 years. We are extremely pumped up about taking our tech to the next level for a one stop solution for all kinds of payments. 

The best thing here is that our team remains independent (as a subsidiary) as well as our product. We now leverage our combined prowess and capability to serve new categories of merchants as well as consumers. 

Some of our categories (non-exhaustive) of merchants - 
* E-commerce Websites / Apps (example - Taj hotels) 
* Online retail market places (example - Deazzle) 
* Payment Apps / Lending companies (example - Payopt) 
* Logistics companies (example - iLoads) 
* Co-working spaces (example - Awfis)
* Service providers (example - CA agencies) 
& many more 

We are now expanding our services to cater to a suite of products - 
1. A full fledged payments infrastructure for merchants including an in-house payment gateway and native UPI. 

2. A portal with dashboard for SMEs to help businesses reconcile payments, manage money flow and distribute payouts to vendors, agents, service providers and even employees with the click of just a single button. 

3. Plugins for allowing a merchant to seamlessly validate the eKYC of any customer using just a scan of his documents. 

4. Many more products to come on the retail merchants side 

This journey will help us enter into more mature verticals as we move along.

Awesome news and congrats on the acquisition! 

Batti is killing it in startup-world. We have got two acquisitions (Curofy & Mypoolin) and Meesho is doing extremely well with Forbes 30 Under 30 and YC to its name.

I'm sure we gonna see more success stories moving forward.
