SCORM 2004 3rd Ed Manifest

OK all you SCORM 2004 gurus out there.  I have the need to write a SCORM 2004 3^rd Ed manifest that is comprised of 1 organization and 5 SCOs.  Each SCO is required and needs to be taken/finished in order.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

Get Template 4 (flow) and add 3 more SCOs (cut and paste).  You can read details about it by clicking the info icon.
