Sco which person no need complete

Hi,
I have courses with 50 sco. I want that only 30sco of them need to complete course. I can set this manual in Learning Progres - Learning Progress Status Determination Learning Progress Status Determination, but i want set this automatical in manifest.

Can I do this ? Or maybe this is inposible.

In your rollupRules element put childActivitySet="atLeastCount" and minimumCount="30"

do you have maybe example how use  rollupRules [simple example maybe with 3-5 sco. not big course] ? becouse i was trying few times  rollupRules  and never work me :(
