Hello Friends and Family!

Also, Sorry that I´m writing so little this week, but look! Family History! I´ve been really motived by that talk of "Find our Cousins" too. M1QR-1NG- That´s the ID of Marmaduke Glassgow, one of the "cousins" I´ve found. I´ve been working on his line with his descendents, and I´ve found a TON! Up to now, during this hour, and another hour that I was working on it earlier in the week, I found like 14 people, that haven´t had their work done. Whoo-hoo! I´m not sure if I´m going to have people here do their work, or if I´ll have you guys reserve these names and be baptized and the other work for them.

This week went really well for us. We found a couple of really good people. We talked with a Mom of a recent convert that has 14 years coming to church, listening to the missionaries, but hasn´t been baptized. We asked a lot of inspired questions to help her think about why baptism is important, and why she´s been attending church for 14 years. She thought about it, and my companion invited her to pray in that moment to ask God if she needed to be baptized. She did so, and there was a beautiful spirit there. It wasn´t super strong, but it was present and noticeable. After, we asked her how she felt. She said that she felt like she was in a cloud, that all of her worries went away, and she had a feeling of peace and tranquility.

But she said that she needs to talk to her husband first. I think she´s pretty scared of him, and all this week, she´s said "Yes, I´ll talk with him" but still hasn´t done it. It reminds me a little of Ester who went through a little of the same thing- she needed to talk to her husband for the salvation of her and her people, but was scared of her husband.

So pray for her please. Her name is Soña, and is really good. We´re going to try and help her to take the decision this week.

I love you all! Keep reading, keep praying, and keep partaking of the Sacrament and everything will turn out fine.

Elder Stay
