hey everybody! well conference sure was great wasnt it?? sure did learn a lot, my favorite talks were given by Holland yesterday about the book of mormon and all the emotion that he had, it was the perfect talk for our investigators and it felt like he had prepared that talk amazingly well.. i was feeling the emotion he was expressing and i was only hearing his words in portugues, i have no doubt that he is a man of god!
also i loved the talk given by Bednar, about love and how in the home we need to show more love to our family (for me this means my companions) and also when i get home, but man i sure did lock that talk into my head i will try to apply his words the rest of my life. i am so grateful for a family that has always loved me and always had such great love for one another.
well all is going great here. we unfortunatly didnt move, something about the politics of contracts and agreements. nothing in the
church's process is fast... but oh well... i hope we move this week.
i have the weird feeling that i will stay here in Rangel for another transfer, which is a scary thought, but we will have to see, thank goodness for revelation, because if it werent for revelation i would be thinking that the president is punishing me for something!
this week we were visiting some of the baptisms of elder pereira , i will send some pictures of my week, but it was the first time i rode a ferry boat here, which was fun. overall this week went by super fast and i cant believe October is already here! christmas is right around the corner, and then....... 2010!!! it will be one good year... thanks for everybody who sent a letter i love hearing from you guys a lot.
