Product Development Engineering –Electronics JOB CODE-PDE-E2011    Job: Design of Micro Controller based products.   Strong exposure to embedded hardware and software.Electronics hardware circuit analysis, design, testing, calculation and troubleshooting. Hands on with software   development tools and problem solving skills. Preparing  circuit schematic diagram  and  knowledge of  PCB  design guidelines  QUALIFICATION  : BE/MSc (Electronics) for S/w       :BE/Diploma/MSc(Elect) for  H/w  EXPERIENCE      : Minimum 2 years and above.	Product Development Engineering-Mechanical JOBCODE-PDE-M2011   Job: Design of automotive components.   Involves product design and development methodologies including FMEA, Design of Experiments etc., conversant in AutoCAD and Pro-E. Knowledge in plastics & plastic component design, Die casting parts, Press tool parts and Machined parts. Exposure to Gear design, Tool design & Project management.   QUALIFICATION   : B E/Diploma (Mech/Automobile) EXPERIENCE        : Minimum 2 years and above.
Production  -Mechanical / Electronics JOBCODE-PROD2011  Job: Involves work experience in Production, planning & manufacturing methodologies. Productivity Improvement, Ensuring process capability, Schedule Adherence. Man management skills are a must. QUALIFICATION : BE/Diploma (Mech/Electronics)  EXPERIENCE        : Minimum 2 years and above.	Machine Design(Mechanical &Electronics) JOBCODE-ME2011. Job: Involves knowledge & Experience on Process Design /Machine Design/SPM Design & Development, methodologies including PFMEA. Conversant in Pro-E (wild fire) and AutoCAD, Quality systems, Knowledge on jig and fixture design, Knowledge in PLC. QUALIFICATION : BE/ B.Tech/Dip(Mech/ Electronics) EXPERIENCE:  Minimum 2 years and above.
Plant Maintenance(Electronics &Mechanical) JOBCODE- PMD2011 Job: Involves knowledge on Machinery Maintenance with problem solving skills. Experience in SMD machineries, assembly lines, plastic moulding machines, cnc and plc operating m/c maintenance. Exposure in heat treatment shop and powder metallurgy will be an added advantage. QUALIFICATION : BE/Diploma(Mech/Elect) EXPERIENCE:  Minimum 2 years and above.	Materials Department JOBCODE-MAT2011   Job:  Involves knowledge on procurement/sourcing of electronic components, planning &  procurement based on leadtime,cost saving through  negotiation, imports   procedure, outsourcing  knowledge, Electronic Manufacturing  Solution  Knowledge. Alternate source identifying  skill set.  QUALIFICATION     : BE/Diploma/MSc(Electronics)  EXPERIENCE         : Minimum 2 years and above.

P.S: For all the above positions, experience in the automobile company and exposure to quality management systems like ISO /TS 16949 will be an added advantage.  Good communication and Good Analytical Skills are must.
