I am using a Windows10 PC.

How would I go about exporting photos(files) with all the LR history, settings, etc  - adjustment information you would see in the Develop module - attached?

The purpose is to be able to send that exported set of images to another person for them to learn from and/or instruct about. They would be able to see the history and how the adjustment process went for each image.

I don't even know if that is possible, but if it is, I would love to know how.

Thanks!

I think what you are looking for is Lightroom “sidecar” files. See here: https://www.beyondphototips.com/automatically-write-changes-xmp-lightroom/

From that webpage:

“If you’re working with a retoucher, this comes in handy. You can send them your RAW files to edit. Once all the work is done in Lightroom, all they have to do is send you the .xmp files.

You just copy them into the folder alongside the original RAW files et Voila, you have the retoucher’s edits displayed in Lightroom! Of course, this does not work with Photoshop edits. Only ACR and Lightroom Classic CC”.

While the XMP sidecar files will provide all of the processing information, you will not be able to see the history steps that you see in the Develop module.  You'll just see the settings for any adjustments that were made to the image.

As an aside, all you need to do to create the XMP sidecar files is export and choose Original under the Image Format in the File settings part of the Export Dialog box.  This is true even if you do not have the option turned on to Automatically write changes into XMP in the catalog settings dialog.
